There are those who might say that Roy Moore is about as low as anyone can go in American politics.
But I’ve lived long enough and seen enough to know we can do even worse. And will.
This man is a moronic joke who doesn’t belong in civilized society, let alone in the U.S. Senate. If the voters in Alabama choose him over Doug Jones, they deserve every ounce of our ridicule and shaming. As our first poster noted, he certainly knows a lot about judges being kicked off the bench.
A majority of voters in Alabama think Moore is worthy of holding high public office.
Too bad, you still have to deal with the fact that transgender people are far tougher than you.
In other news, Alabama adopts the hyena as State Mammal.
As a resident of Birmingham, I can report that there are very few Roy Moore signs along the streets, but there are quite a few signs for Doug Jones. I’m told that the opposite is true in rural areas. The race is really a city mouse/country mouse contest. We’re working hard down here to get good voter turnout–for the right side!

But, I suppose the funniest part is that, if it actually exists, he’s going to hell.

I thought for a moment about wading into the question of who´s worse, but the prospect was too depressing.
And then there´s the possibility that Mike Pence could be President…

Is he really winning? I don’t know why that saddens or surprises me seeing as though it’s Alabama. I suppose, i was maybe holding out some perverse hope that even Alabama wasn’t this depraved… Seems I am the fool once again.
