I think he is arrogant enough to imagine being drafted to run as the “savior” of the Republican party. Why would they want a multiple loser as their candidate???

Has he checked with M’Lady Ann? But really, it’s nonsense, even the dodos of the GOOP remember he lost once. And he’s no Nixon who had enough political smarts to rebound.

Which Romney will run in 2016? The rightwinger from 2012 or the moderate who governed Massachusetts and gave that Commonwealth its version of the Affordable Care Act.

I see you don’t believe in "wet paint " signs either.

Those amended tax returns will be released by anonymous and he will be done. Well done. Crispy.

Don’t look twice. Ronald Reagan won in 1980 on his third try. We paid the price.

Is he a C+ candidate like Reagan who won on his third try? Nothing but D dogs in the GOP field so we should shore up our support to prevent a repeat. Go Hillary.

Reagan was only able to win against an unpopular incumbent. He started off by going after Ford in '76 and then going after Carter in '80. Had Reagan not run in 1980 and waited to run against Mondale in 1984, he would probably have lost.

I like how, in Massachusetts, they call it “Mitt Flops”

He’ll contrast himself against Hillary by claiming he’d have done everything right where Obama went wrong and that he’d have done the same thing in those few areas Republicans might be persuaded that Obama did right. Real solid new experience for the job he was already roundly rejected for.

Reagan lost to Nixon in 1968. Reagan’s margin in California gave him a plurality of the nationwide primary vote, but when the Republican National Convention assembled, Nixon had 656 delegates according to a UPI poll (with 667 needed for the nomination).

Ronald Reagan – 1,696,632 (37.93%)
Richard Nixon – 1,679,443 (37.54%)
James A. Rhodes – 614,492 (13.74%)
Nelson A. Rockefeller – 164,340 (3.67%)
Unpledged – 140,639 (3.14%)

I realize that. I’m pointing out that the only way Reagan was able to pull off a near win in 1976 and a full win in 1908 was to run against unpopular incumbents.

Yes, PLEASE RUN!!! And refuse to show your income taxes again, too!

Nothing’s happening until I find out what happened to the dancing horse that disappointed Ann Romney.

One circumstance will not change however. We will still hate him in 2016 and he will still lose.
