Roger Stone and Donald Trump have been working together since the mid-1980s, mostly on very, very sleazy campaigns to help Trumpās casino business, but also in politics. These are two of Americaās biggest sleaze merchants and they have had a long and distasteful relationship. Trump and Roger Stone have spent the past few decades conning the public by exploiting fractures, anti-establishment politics, and anti-establishment outrages. Until now, thereās been a consistent logic and purpose to every fucking single sleazy black bag āTrump & Stone operationā: Elect the mainstream Republican candidate, and enrich Trump and Stone.
And NOWā¦Stone, a monumentally sleazy, pro Corporatocracy, GOP, Chamber of Commerce sewer rat, emerges by his old pal Trump and thrives in this cheerless, unheroic Republican version of America that weāre stuck in with Hair Furorā at the head of the Rightie Woo Woo parade.
Stone, who famously has a tattoo of Richard Nixon on his back, ~YUK!~ (*Heās often referred to as "a man with an asshole on his back.) wants not only to revive Nixonian America, but with Trumpās help, make Nixonās America seem like paradise by comparison.

He doesnāt have a friend in Pennsylvania. I remember when they first passed a voter ID lawāthe communities that were targeted knew exactly what was going on and they made a concerted effort* to get everyone who needed one an ID. If we know about this possible problem you can believe the people in those famous ācertain areasā are aware and prepared. BTW I have a friend who works for the Philly police. Iāll ask her if thereās been any talk about this and report back.

The purpose of the con is obvious. Stoneās volunteers submit exit polls for several precincts across the nation alleging a random sampling of voters told them they voted for Trump to the tune of, say 65%. Yet these same precincts report actual vote counts at 55% favoring Clinton. Bingo! Trump contests the election because the exit polls varied so widely from the actual vote counts. He files suit demanding recounts, despite the fact heās asking for recounts in precincts where vote tallies are not within the margin of error that the Stateās laws trigger the allowance of a recount.The States deny the recount requests, the courts uphold the denials, and Trump goes out in a blaze of glory āprovingā the election was fraudulently awarded to Clinton.

Agreed that fat, white, angry Trumpers wouldnāt dare risk going into scary neighborhoods, but I still predict a Trumpist will kill someone at a polling place this cycle. Itāll be the same sort of a-hole who shot Gabby Giffords (thanks, Sarah Palin). Drumpf has already put out the word to his wraiths that the election is rigged and polls must be āwatchedā. Stay tuned, folks; the murder of a minority voter will be a breaking story before Nov. 9.

A musing I recently posted about The Donald as a political black hole gave me pauseā¦ when you see who surrounds him, that is actually an accurate analogy.
Trumpās sucking up the very substance of what remains of the Republican Party, the GOP is now being drawn inexorably, inevitably and irretrievably into an empty pit.
Their darkness is exposed by these desperate acts in sheer defiance of true patriotism. Their demise is unwinding before our very eyes, and the black hole analogy is hard to deny.
Anyone who thinks Trump has some sort of charisma should look a little closerā¦ some attractions arenāt quite what they seem.
When it is all over, will his devotees just be disappointed or will they turn into bitter zealots, devoured by the dark side?
