Maybe. But he’d “cop” to anything that enhances his image of being a connected operator.

i wouldn’t have copped to that.

As of now, Wikileaks could reveal that Area 51 was an actual site and NASA has finally solved warp drive, but this organization will be remembered for being a wannabe life saver for the Trump campaign.

Everyone else on the campaign team laughs at Stone when he’s not in the room - even Christie. Of course, Bannon, Ailes, Giuliani, and Gingrich laugh at Christie once he’s left.

None of this is surprising since Wkilileaks servers are hosted in Russia.

Yeah, but what did he cop to? Having a friend who know’s Assange? He can have it both ways with that sort of connection.

There are very few people in this world I truly hate.

Roger Stone is one of them.

My only reaction to this sudden bout of faux honesty is who is Stone protecting?

who else reportedly knows Assange?

He can’t have it this year. If that connection was on the ‘down-low’ or it was a boast from just one or two surrogates, then yea Roger, have a ball.

However part of Wikileaks current scrutiny is based off of the idea that its could be a GRU organ. That and of course there’s Trump acting like a manic Woody Woodpecker, as he begs the Russian government to go at it with an opposing political party’s e-mail server.

Anderson Cooper and Martha Radditz pressed HOTOG on a number of issues, but didn’t follow up to check his claim that we don’t know that the Russians hacked the DNC and Hillary’s emails. This, in spite of the fact that the DOJ had specifically charged the Russians with the hacking two days before. Does Stone have something on them? Does Assange?

The “back channel” communications go a lot further than Wikileaks. The back channel extends to putin, through the six trump campaign advisors who have very close ties to russian interests. This is the single most disturbing, and most under reported story, of the entire clusterfuck trump campaign. trumps campaign and russia are in league together.

Podesta called that timing “awfully curious evidence,” though he acknowledged it was “circumstantial.”

Giving Stone the benefit of the doubt which would never be reciprocated.

On Wednesday, he told WFOR that “I bet there is no evidence of a Russian conspiracy to fix the election.”

Sure, if you ignore evidence from several independent security companies AND the US intelligence agencies.

I hope this election is the final thing that drives this man completely nuts. He has been insane for a long time.

I’m wondering what it takes to get Michael Flynn’s security clearance revoked.

A perfect example of my earlier question on another thread. Where was the media and where was the GOP on vetting this candidate that this and other stuff was entirely unexplored before now, when hands are forced?

“I have not talked to him,” Stone said, referring to Assange, though he acknowledged they had a mutual friend who traveled between London and the United States with whom Stone met on Monday.

That makes it all better, Roger. You had a go-between. That way you could deny ever communicating with Assange and almost be telling the truth.

But considering the big non-leak that resulted, you just might have been played.
