Discussion: RNC: SCOTUS Upholding Obamacare Subsidies Shows The Need For GOP Prez

“Today’s ruling makes it clear that if we want to fix our broken healthcare system, then we will need to elect a Republican president with proven ideas and real solutions that will help American families,”

Such a GOTP candidate actually exists?

What child be this??

The only way Reince would be right on this is if Republicans somehow embraced a single-payer system. That’s not going to happen. Reince knows he’s completely full of shit, or he’s completely delusional.

I see him more as a Cinnabon guy.

You forgot one crucially important feature of System B:

People who don’t have the money for insurance get charged even higher fees than insured people, people with insurance get charged to cover people who can’t pay at all, and if still more money is needed, the Federal government picks up the tab, leading to higher costs for both individuals and the government.

“SCOTUS already fixed it!”

DO’H!

(Ha Ha!)

EXACTLY!!!

These REThuGG people are high on Messaging. What is their idea of Messaging?

Maybe to the Lakota: “Look! You guys didn’t lose your land, you gained a country!”

So this imbecile reads a Talking Point which is designed to animate hatred of the ACA (held by geriatric zealots all on Government-Run Medicare who voted in Deep Red Congressional Districts).

The problem is that, in a NATIONAL ELECTION FOR PRESIDENT, the ACA is a viable program for ordinary people (even Republicans). So, therefore the Messaging, which works well for Granny and Gramps in Bumfuck County, is useless and even counterproductive in this 2016 National Presidential Election.

And THAT is why Hillary said, “Yay!!!”

Because (a) the SCOTUS ruling is good policy and (b) for a GOP Presidential candidate to run on opposing the ACA (at best a Deep Red Conressional issue) is to drive even more Indies and Repubs to her side in the General.

GANG! GANG! The Republican plan to repeal and replace O-care is…

I mean, look how well thought out it is! and then of course, you have…

I mean, how can you guys not see this fantastic game plan?

Now let’s list all of the proven ideas and real solutions they have given us:

Who the HELL do you think he’s suggesting? Scott Walker?? HILARIOUS!

Does this mean the GOP will finally reveal their plan for Healthcare in their platform? Or will they just keep beating up on Women and Gays?

BB they already out lined their health care plan in 2009:

But yeah, they still will beat up on Women and Gays

It ain’t broken, so the Republicans want to fix it until it is broken.

What a dim bulb. Does Reince know how our system works?? Of course Congress could rewrite the law any time it wanted to. If it fix the law, like adding single payer, then Obama would sign it. Done deal. And the Congress has had YEARS to fix it. So far all they have tried to do is repeal and defund the law. 50+ times. That’s not making the law better. That’s acting like a petulant 3 yr old child.

Ah, hahahahahahaha! Yeah, right! Thanks for the laugh.

And a bottle for this thread…
