If this is so then the Dem nominee should be getting several million more votes than (s)he would have otherwise, those would be the Red and Swing state voters who like their healthcare more than they like the GOP.

Healthcare system A: Everyone must buy coverage. Insurance companies must cover everyone. Cost increases are contained. People who are sick must be covered.
GOP assessment: “Broken.”
Healthcare system B:
People may buy coverage if they want it. Insurance companies may cover whomever they like, and they may cancel policies at any time for any reason. Costs are in the stratosphere, with double digit increases annually. Tens of millions of people cannot buy coverage at all, either because they can’t afford it or because no one will sell it to them.
GOP assessment: “Freedom”

The only “proven ideas” and “real solutions” the current crop of GOP nominees bring to the yard are state budget shenanigans, legalized patronage, and cultural pogroms. None save Kasich have even dealt with health care issues except through prayer.
