Discussion: RNC: Latest Report On Attempt To Oust Trump Is A 'Media Creation'

It’s as well organized as Drumpf’s campaign. Which is to say, not at all.

“Donald Trump bested 16 highly qualified candidates and received more primary votes than any candidate in Republican Party history.”

really let that thought sink in there, folks. just what does that say about us right now…?..

I’m finding it increasingly hard to see how The Donald survives until the convention, or, how the GOP survives in its present form if he does become the nominee.

I would just argue it’s not “us”, it’s the Republican Party.

Now if he wins or loses in a tight race…

Those 16 candidates were only ‘qualified’ in that they had an ‘R’ in front of their names: not in any objective sense.

No, I disagree, the plot to block WACKO Donald J Trump from being officially crowned as the GoP nominee is a “media creation”. Rather, it is a “reality” the GoP do not like having their dirty laundry aired to the public at large. I’ve got to give it to the WACKO, he has plainly revealed to the entire world the mindset of the GoP and it is truly sickening! This white nationalism has been highly rejected around the world and to think that America can continue to cling to that mindset is truly appalling in these days and times.

This is perfect the cra against the cra cra in the Rpublican party. This is what some have been practicing for, for years. Can the Republican establishment hold off an coup from the cra cra and can the cra cra pull off putsch of the party as a training exorcise in over throwing the government.

About those hats…they were “accidentally” advertised as “Buy yor ‘Make Murika Afraid Again’ hates!”

Perhaps not, but it would be karma.

@inlabsitrust There was a moment we feared The Onion might be in peril, but with the trumpet blaring, there’s no danger of that.

@jeffgee1 There’s a kitchen store I visit which is selling coffee mugs with Clinton 16, Sanders 16, and Justice Ginsburg images. There’s also a demitasse size cup with Trump huuuge on it.

Denials will follow and comparisons to Travelgate will be made…

Trump tweeted Putin a personal invitation to attend the [Miss Universe] pageant,

Trump received a portion of the $14 million paid by [Moscow billionaire and pageant organizer] Agalarov and other investors to bring the pageant to Moscow. Agalarov said he and Trump signed an agreement to build a Trump Tower in the heart of Moscow — at least Trump’s fifth attempt at such a venture. And Trump seemed energized by his interactions with Russia’s financial elite, at the pageant and a glitzy after-party in a Moscow nightclub.

It is nothing more than a media creation and a series of tweets.

Kind of like tRump’s entire campaign.

Yes, RNC. Ridiculous. The fact that most of us are already curled up in the fetal position in abject fear of the day Trump gets control of his own nuclear arsenal has no bearing on what a few delegates might wish for.

“There is no organized effort, strategy or leader of this so-called movement. It is nothing more than a media creation and a series of tweets.”

Now I don’t want the sheer shock of what I’m about to say to imperil anyone’s health but this is false. There is a leader—his her name is Kendal Unruh—the effort is organized, and the strategy is to change the rules so the delegates can vote for whomever they wish through adopting what they call a “conscience rule.” Ryan’s use of the word himself suggests he’s at least somewhat sympathetic. It might not succeed but it’s real. Spicer’s statement is a blithely straightforward denial of reality, but that’s how the GOP rolls these days.

I wouldn’t worry about Trump using nuclear weapons. He won’t give them away, either. On the other hand, a natural salesman like Trump would surely consider how a “fire sale” on nukes could help balance the budget.
