Discussion for article #222878
Sure Reince. Whatever you say. How is president Romney working out for ya?
"I think that health and age is fair game," Priebus said on "Meet the Press." "It was fair game for Ronald Reagan, it was fair game for John McCain."
That’s funny. I seem to recall that any time health and/or age was brought up for McCain (or for Reagan, come to that), that was ageism and profiling and awful and bad. But then, we are talking about Hillary… who is a woman and a grandmother and the wife of another Democratic President you guys couldn’t beat, either.
Okay, I see the difference now. Thanks for clearing that up, Rinse.
Picking on your audience at faux ,and not knowing it eh Chairman ?
So does that mean Christie’s health is fair game? Because I’m not sure he will be able to make the daily walk up the White House steps.
Chuck Grassley, Orrin Hatch and Richard Shelby are each 80 years old. Inhofe and Roberts are 79. McCain is 78. Cochran, Alexander, McConnell, Risch, Coats, Chambliss, and Enzi are all between 70 and 75. That’s 13 seats that should be up for grabs by the measure used by Priebus and Rove.
I can’t decide if my hackles are up because Priebus is mansplaining or threatening. Hillary hash’t even announced and she’s obviously walking and talking like a highly functioning (i.e., not brain-damaged) human. Priebus’ statement that she may have to rethink about running is intimidation a la mob style.
TPM: Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus provided back-up to Karl Rove on Sunday, arguing that it’s “fair game” to discuss Hillary Clinton’s health and age.
Hey Reince, isn’t most of your voter base of the same age, or older, with many of the same health concerns? I’m wondering how the old voters in the GOP will take to candidates being attacked for their health and age.
By the way, you’re last candidate, Mitt Romney?
65 when the GOP nominated him in 2012.
The one before that, John McCain?
72 when the GOP nominated him in 2008.
Zip your fly, Reince, your hypocrisy is showing.
You talk like someone who thinks Reince Priebus can recognize a highly functioning human.
If Priebus could correctly distinguish a functioning human from an inbred drooling moron, he wouldn’t be running the Republican party. Hell, he wouldn’t even be voting for a Republican.
Reince’s words are so magical he can stop Hillary in her tracks? What a joke.
“I think that health and age is fair game,”
Is it really too much to expect the head of the RNC to be able to conjugate the verb “to be”?
Mr. Bean should be more concerned about this year’s elections because if the Republicans don’t win control of the Senate he will probably be out of a job.
Hope the GOP nominates Scott Walker so Hillary can beat the GOP nominee in his and Reince’s home state. Sweet.
Hmmm, I wonder what this clown would say if they asked that about his beloved St. Ronnie???
In typical Republican fashion, Priebus hasn’t met a lie he’s not willing to tell…

The little weasel who is wrong about everything says Hillary isn’t going to run … sure thing, there, Reince! Seriously, I wish that everybody who gave Preibus a wedgie and took his lunch money when he was a kid would publicly apologize to him and return the $ so he can finally get the help he needs and stop destroying the country.
Rinse has to change his shorts every time anyone mentions Hillary. So funny to see the expression on his face when he gets that warm tingly feeling running down his leg.
What this guy thinks doesn’t matter one tiny bit.

Weird that Joe Biden hasn’t been mentioned. Joe Biden who is 71.
