Can we call this particular bill the Cruz-Chaffetz Act? I know they had nothing to do with it, but ‘never pass up an opportunity’ and all that.

Tell me this isn’t the average repub’s approach to repeal and replacing with something incredibly great, terrific and second to none, essentially “I don’t know what I’m talking about and am waiting for an aide who has to explain it to me.”

Sen. Roy Blunt (R-MO), the vice chairman of the Senate GOP conference, said that he had not “had time to look at it in great depth yet” but was concerned about the legislation’s viability.

"What I don’t like is it may not be a plan that gets a majority of votes and lets us move on,” he said.

The “conservatives” and Tea Party types are angry because this still allows people to buy health insurance. I will remind them of the “Pottery Barn rule”; you broke it, you bought it. Stop whining.

Methinks John Boehner is a prophet, y’all.

As they would never be in a Pottery Barn, perhaps we should rename it the Hobby Lobby Rule.

It’s okay to use the s-word. We know conservatives curse all the time.

This plan covers fewer people, costs more (think taxation), and fails to even serve the small sliver of voters who comprise the Republican base.

It would be vastly better for Congress to patch the ACA and call it Trumpcare

You’d get kudos, and piss off Romney at the same time. Come on, Donald, where’s your fricken ego now when America needs it?
