He wouldn’t do that. He might think its a way to look tuff as a candidate but in the highly unlikely event that was elected his advisers would clue him in. If he repudiated, unilaterally, a negotiation with a foreign government the USA could kiss diplomacy goodbye. Who would deal with us if our word is trash?
Regardless of what the deal might be?
How can we take anyone seriously that (1) declares he’s dead set against something that hasn’t happened yet and (2) clearly knows nothing about international law or diplomacy?
