Discussion for article #233760
Not inappropriate, Rick, more like brain dead stupid. Dealing with angry protesters is not a qua;ifier for dealing with terrorists on the scale of ISIS.
I don’t know what’s more devastating- Perry’s critique of Walker or the backhanded compliment of comparing Walker’s naivete to Perry’s own “oops” moment.
GOoooooooPs…
“Inappropriate” … wow a big word. Maybe the glasses are working after all … or else he hired the same speech writer that did $ister $arah’s almost sane speech.
It’s like Monty Python’s “Upper Class Twit of the Year” sketch. They are so incredibly inept they can’t do anything right.
in other words …hey dont vote for him he;s a bigger douchebag than me
If asshole Perry wasn’t running for Prez along with Walker, he’d be calling Walker a hero and would be on his knees kissing Scotty’s balls.
And I have a very hard time believing that Rick Perry can even spell the word “inappropriate”.
Even though i’m sure Perry’s comments were nothing but self-interest and self-promotion, i was glad to see someone in the republican party finally leading the way to say how offensive Walker’s comments were.
When Rick Perry eats your lunch?
You’re burnt toast.

See! The glasses do work!
I heard he likes tossing salads too…
When Rick Perry is the one to point out how stupid your comments are, you’re not ready for prime-time, Scotty.
On Thursday night, Walker told the audience during a Q&A session at CPAC: “If I can take on a 100,000 protesters, I can do the same” with terrorists.
Christ, what an asshole.
The script is continuously being written: Scott Walker quickly scrambled to ( fill in the blank ).
Being called ugly by a toad.
When the last round big loser claims to have moved up to penultimate position, you can bet that ol’ Ricky will do his damnedest to kick Scott while he’s down.
I can help the ol’ cowhand on that one…
It’s spelled t-e-a-b-a-g-g-e-r
When does Perry go on trial?
If that is the case, Walker should be glad that the union people don;t have guns!!!
Yes, it’s easy to chortle at Rick Perry calling out someone for stupid remarks, but I don’t believe Walker’s “protesters = ISIL” comments were accidental.
At the time the union-backed protesters occupied the WI capitol, the RWNJ reaction was astounding. They denounced the protesters (made up of teachers, clergy, students and citizens) as communists and violent extremists. The daily pounding on RWNJ media led to the polarization that remains today in WI. The poisonous propaganda demonized public unions, then all union members, then all government workers. Today, thousands of Wisconsinites would have no problem comparing protesters to murderous extremists. That’s how sick it’s become. Walker’s getting mileage out of this.
