For a ‘sketchy’ charge he sure lawyers up. Must be scared.

This can mean only one thing. Perry will divorce Anita and marry the Whore of Babble On.

Perry must pay better than MSNBC…

Yup, Bush and Clinton’s old attorneys and now McCain’s dude.

I think he’s shitting bricks.

Why does a innocent man need so many lawyers/advisers?

He’s gonna’ need a different legal team for that.
Cuz you know there had to be some kind of brains behind 14 years of bureaucratic malfeasance.

And it wasn’t Gov Doorknob doin’ the thinkin’.

Of course Perry is lawyering/advisoring up. His narrative isn’t being bought. The press is now reporting that the DA he wanted to quit oversees the Public Corruption Unit in Travis County. The same corruption unit that is investigating the Texas Cancer Research Fund Perry has made sure supporters benefit from.

Schmidt is obviously such a good strategist. Just ask President McCain.

Wonder if Perry’s paying Schmidt or Vanity Fair?

I see a Palin partnership in his future

This is good news …

(haven’t done this one in waay too long!)

Perry is a dumb confederate cow. But a cash cow no less. The money lovers of all stripes will follow the bell now that he is grazing in the grass of two pastures.

Why? Schmidt panned Palin totally, according to Game Change and subsequent media interviews. If anything, this would put an end to the Perry/Palin friendship, wouldn’t it?

Damn, I like Steve Schmidt, I hate to see him get messed up with a loser like Perry. They must have offered him a ton of dough. I imagine he will not be a paid MSNBC talking head until he finishes with Perry?

The thing is, Perry is SUCH a stiff! His political career is over, why would Schmidt think otherwise, he’s a reasonably smart fellow?

Some may scoff at Perry hiring on these two career hacks, but this is actually a genius game plan based on quantum politics.

The idea is first to release a flood of utterly massless Ginsbergian foof particles, thereby causing the indictment to appear to decay into a chaotic array of big fat soft Democratic shenanigan shtukas, which Schmidt then will hammer deep into the sentient consciousness of wingnut billionaire oligarchs, fueling an irresistible wave of Perrybotic excitement, eventually propelling Governor Goodhair into the RNC presidential nomination.

And the fact that this indictment emanates from a grand jury led by a long-time Republican prosecutor appointed by a Republican state judge will simply evaporate into a gaseous cloud of Texas aromatic bullshit.

I did enjoy watching him on msnbc, especially seeing that look of pained acknowledgment when faced with actual facts.

Maybe like all professional crooks, he is looking for that last big payoff before retiring to the Sunday AM snoozers.

Steve Schmidt is jumping on the gravy train. I like Schmidt but he is picking another loser on this one, he has bills to pay like all of us. Watch out for the undercarriage of that bus, Steve.
