Which is fine, but then we need to stop trying to negotiate a peace deal. We cannot be both Israel’s lawyer and benefactor and a honest broker for peace.

the continuing fealty displayed towards israel by this country’s ‘leaders’ is regrettable and disgusting. esp towards a country that has deliberately sabotaged any resolution to the palestinian negotiations; and not to mention how that country’s espionage directed against the u.s. is considered to be at an alarming and terrifying level:

Israel has become the today’s South Africa. They are reported to be spying on the US for military and industrial secrets are levels that way out pace other nations that we are friendly with. Israel believes that it is Gods’ will that they survive and that in itself is a problem since it can be used to justify any thing they do. The US should begin pulling it’s aid back from this nation and if the Palestine question is not resolved stop it all together. Israel is not in any position to fight a major conflict with any of its neighbors, if it is not won quickly, with in a month, they risk the possibility of running out of man power and armament. If the US pulls back it support they will have to begin serious talks, which as not happened yet. Ironically settlement of the Palestine question will smooth the way to a real peace in the region. All involved I believe realize that Israel is not going away.

the whole middle east is a cluster you know what. filled with a bunch of hard headed men who think its their way or the highway, so there is no way in hell that I would send my children into war to protect Israel or Saudi Arabia. if you want to see this country divide even further - start another war in that pit called the middle east.

also, I am tired of my tax dollars going to these countries so they can lobby our congress with those same tax dollars
