Cotton. What a waste of seat time at a couple of prestigious universities. I know a guy whoâs got a similarly good education, from famous schools, all that. And the SOB is a Holocaust denier. Itâs not necessarily an intellectual problem that causes this stuff, or a lack of education. Itâs more to do with emotions and worldview than any question of inherent ability or training. But JFC that Cottonâs just a loon.

The IRS already does not fine you if you cannot afford insurance. Affordability is defined in the ACA.
