Stupid bastards don’t even realize they’ve been out-strategized. He’d almost have to leave after Hillary wins, and this way–given the amount of time-off the House just granted themselves–a new AG likely won’t come up for confirmation until near end of BHO’s term anyway. All this means is that the stupid bastards can’t enforce a demand for EH’s resignation any earlier.
