Martin " Ahmad the Converted" Rouleau was the guy who drove his car into the soldiers in Quebec, and now thereās a Michael Zehaf-Bibeau whoās shooting up Ottawa. Both sound like Quebecois converts to fundamentalist Islam. I would not be surprised if they knew each other.

The video of those civilians giving CPR to the soldier at the National War Memorial makes me love Canadians that much more.

CNN has a continuous crawl across the bottom of their newscast highlighting the gunman was a ārecent convert to Islamā. I wonder, would that crawl blare the gunman was a ārecent convert to Judaismā. were that the case?

this story troubles me because the media and politicians are acting like a person doesnāt get shot every minute in America. oh, he also shot up parliament, well shut the doors and have the middle class and poor send us more sacraments. here is my plea to all you crazy religious and social nuts, please leave the middle class and poor alone and go after the politician and their corrupt aides. matter of fact, any mass killings should happen in DuPont circle Washington dc or any other exclusive venue for the politician and their corrupt aides. so please mr crazy person have mercy on us regular folk and go after the people that are creating the problem - the politician
Iām tired of those who are accusing the American media of āIslamophobia,ā and claiming thereās some sort of double standard. When fundamentalist Christians commit violent acts based on religious extremism (bombing abortion clinics, killing doctors, etc.) their motivating views also get reported. Itās an important part of the story, and the public has a right to know.

The distinction is that when fundamentalist Christians commit such violent acts, not all Christians are suspected of being terrorists. Muslims in America are suspected of guilt merely for the fact of being Muslim. The same is not true of Christians. In fact, the main stream media never even accuses those Christians who commit such violent acts of being terrorists.
Your analogy makes no sense and neither does your complaint about what makes you ātiredā.

I donāt really think that those Muslims who are being bombed in Iraq etc. see the U.S. as anything other than extremist Christians willing to kill for oil.
I would see the USA that way if my house was bombed. My wife, 4 children and mother were killed.
If you have been raised in Iraq you know that back when you were 6 years old in 1992. Things went bad for your part of the country (especially if you were a Kurd in the north or were in the south being a Marsh Arab).
Think how angry we were after 9/11/01. I lost my cousin on AA Flight 11.
We really need to get out now. The longer we stay, the more recruits ISIS gets. Its brutal but we seem to always cause so much more damage engaging in wars of choice.

Islam is the religion that attracts the ākillerā converts.
