FBI raided Strategic Campaign Group recently, a firm that seems to have an indirect relationship with Mercer/Bannon.
It seems Bannon too may have something to worry about. Who knows how that may fit into the equation.

Lol. Any discussion of shakeups is probably limited to the comms staff for this reason. Trump had to accept spies for the Mercers, Adelsons, Kochs, and Murdochs into his Administration as the price of their support. Like reverse-hostages on Game of Thrones.
I so want to see Bannon arrested, tried, and convicted, if only for being such an appalling construction that he bespoils the human race by claiming membership in it. But even more, I want IRS, SEC, FBI, civil and criminal investigations that result in taking away every dime he possesses. And hopefully, pull the Mercers down as well.
To save taxpayer dollars, maybe run all the trials concurrently?

Did you see that Trump doesn’t believe in exercise? He thinks the body has a finite total amount of energy, and exercise is wasteful.

I just wanted to post a link to what I think is some of the best discussion of the Russian election tampering that I have heard this week. It was on a podcast called the Gist by Mike Pesca, and the discussion is with Clint Watts, whom you might remember as the counter terrorism expert who said during his televised testimony that if you wanted to understand what was happening you needed to follow the trail of dead Russians.
I think the most terrifying point he makes is how well the continuing meddling in our democracy is working and how hapless we seem to be in our efforts to do anything about it. It is really worth a listen.
If you do podcasts regularly you can subscribe to the Gist through all of the normal pathways including iTunes. One of my favorites along with Trumpcast, VOX’s the Weeds, Slate’s Political Gabfest, Intercepted with Jeremy Scahill, Best of the Left and The Majority Report. They don’t all agree with each other which is one of my favorite things about going to multiple sources. I have pretty much given up on cable news.
