Good. This matter will have to be decided in the courts.

In my opinion, BHO and his AG and DeptEd have over stepped their authority, and the courts will find that these are matters best left to State and local governments.

I want to see Abbott, Patrick & Paxton explain to Texas taxpayers why we’re now suddenly on the hook for another $10B in education funding because they want to do a North Carolina here.

Newsflash: Most school districts in Texas already meet these guidelines, including the largest ones: Houston ISD, Dallas ISD, Fort Worth ISD, Austin ISD, & El Paso ISD… and other than a few rogue superintendents here and there, this is a non-issue.

A Federal Appeals Court has already weighed in on the issue. What Obama did was merely issue an advisory through the Justice Department and the Department of Education informing schools they ran the risk of running afoul of Title IX statutes and put Federal funding in doubt should future litigation settle the matter in favor of the Virginia District Court's ruling. Obama did not order schools to do anything. I'm not even sure what Paxton's suit would request in terms of relief. That Obama keep his mouth shut? Texas has not been mandated to do anything. Get your facts straight.

for lawsuits lodged against President Obama, the complainants should have to pony up a BIG Out-of-their-pockets deposit----in cash/cashier’s check (no credit cards).
