I keep hearing from his defenders that Marco Rubio is the most “substantial” Republican Presidential candidate, especially when one compares him to Trump or Cruz.
Well, cardboard is more substantial than toilet paper, but I still wouldn’t use it to wipe my ass.

Well, that’s it for JEB. He’s now officially gone. South Carolina was the last place where the Bushes have any really strong support. If Haley wouldn’t endorse him, that’s it. There’s no point in him going on to NV.
