Is this important because he will be able to run faster to start his vacation than anyone else. Who the f**** cares if he played football? The only thing slightly significant would be if he had any head injuries.

If you say you played high school football, it normally means you played varsity ball, not junior jayvee. It’s not about talent at that level – it’s about commitment and determination. You don’t have to be good to make the team. You just have to show that you really care about it. Clearly, Cory did not, and yet he saw nothing wrong with using it as a reference. That’s about as disingenuous as you can get.

Yuma Colorado?
I recall blowing though Yuma Colorado the first time on tour with the band from Denver to Lincoln Nebraska. There was a sign in Yuma that read, “You just drove 140 miles from Somewhere and it’s 350 miles to Somewhere Else.”
