Discussion: Reports: Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez ID'd As Chattanooga Gunman

Well, his name is rather Muslim-y, so that leaves us with no choice but to definitively call this an act of terrorism. Any violence involving a Muslim is terrorism. Any violence involving a Christian White Guy is just boys being boys.

That’s not how I read it. The article simply lays out the statistics for people who work themselves into a tizzy over Muslim extremist terror attacks. @RadicalCentrist’s point was about the idiotic, seemingly inexhaustible search for some sort of equivalency for ideological reasons.

I neither want nor need one,. My bare hands are registered lethal weapons.

You silly person. You’re trying to equate Evil Muslim America-Hating Terrorists with good, old fashioned, God-fearing Americans who are fighting for FREEDOM™.

Deaths via the former are reprehensible, unspeakable evil. Deaths via the latter are just the work of Patriots, watering the Tree of Liberty™.

Damned NRA. You have to register your Deadly Weapon Hands, but gun owners don’t have to register their guns. It ain’t right.

Sure does, when do you plan to start?

Well, looks like Dylann Roof might have just gotten what he wanted. Nice one, Muhammad.

Well, but those obviously bogus statistics come from that bastion of wet, left-wing thinking, the U.S. Military Academy. Bunch of Muslim-loving wusses at West Point.

And Alex Jones should be calling this a false flag operation in about, oh, 30 seconds or so.

An interesting little bit of information from the BBC

He was arrested earlier this year in Chattanooga for driving under the influence of alcohol.

If he is a Muslim, that’s a bit odd, as all the Muslims I’ve ever known never drank alcoholic beverages of any kind.

You’ll have to pry it from his cold, dea— er, moist, pink hands.

While this may be true, it’s sort of like asking who’s worse, Hitler or Stalin?
