Have any Teabaggers started screaming yet that Hillary did it just like she killed Vince Foster?
A whole hell of a lot of apparent suicides going. Color me skeptical. Too bad they donât have detectives in Jefferson City, MO who know how and are motivated to investigate crime scenes.
Suicides in general are quite common, I see nothing suspicious here. And if you are referencing the guy who was hung by sheets, that is also a likely suicide at this point. Hell, we just had some asshole fly a plane into a mountain with 150 people on board. Should I suspect it was really something else? No, looks like suicide. People do it. A lot. Do you think the Clintonâs killed Vince Foster, because a lot of conspiracy theorists do. Nothing wrong with being skeptical, but itâs also worth being objective and analyzing all the facts.
People do commit suicide, but we have a grand tradition in Missouri of politicians ending up dead in unusual ways. Planes fall out of the sky, people commit suicide for no apparent reason, then others do the same thing. Just saying. Almost always the deaths involve people who oppose the powers that be in the local GOP.
Come on investigators, there is something truly nefarious going on here and it needs to discovered.
Conscience. They have no defense against it, never having been exposed before.
Can you give examples of that?
And planes do crash, yes.
How about this one, look at all these people who the Clintonâs dealt with who are now âmysteriously deadâ. Dozens. I could play the same game with all those deaths if I was a conspiracy theorist. The reality is that people die, people commit suicide, etc. You need to look at the specific case.
Republicans are ruthless in their smear tactics and such. And many of their tactics are bullying, and bullying has pushed people to suicide. But nobody has âhit squadsâ out there. Thatâs for TV.
I am not accusing anybody, I am saying do a complete investigation. Donât assume.
From the TV Tropes page for Loaded Weapon:
The Coroner Doth Protest Too Much: Parodied. In a blood-splattered crime scene complete with those
bullet-hole dotted lines in the wall from random automatic weapon spray, and a victim with a horrified expression on her death face and her hands grasped like claws in defense, this exchange follows:
Luger: Suicide, huh? She must have caught herself by surprise.
You said there were examples of people committing suicide for no apparent reason. I asked you to be specific and give examples.
I donât know what to say about this other than it makes me feel suspicious something nasty is in the water there.
Very strange. It seems very hard to fathom that someone would kill themselves over a whisper campaign of falsely accused religious affiliation, and then have their aide do the same a month later. Schweich was the auditor. Auditors deal with money. Follow the money. Something might be there that would shine a bad light on him or perhaps someone else in a high place of power. Something smells here and in time something will reveal itself.
MaybeâŚhis accountant was actually a Jew!
THE FACTS ALL FIT!!!
The whisper campaign was a stupid idea, probably this guys. It ended up blowing up in their faces. The candidate was humiliated and his career destroyed. And since it was probably this guys idea to make the absurd allegations, he likely felt guilty. Plus his career was destroyed too. Guaranteed he likely made the whole thing up to try to smear the other guy, Republicans do it all the time. And it backfired big time.
Vince Foster handled the Clintonâs Madison Guaranty and Industrial Development Corp documents (money), and several Whitewater related tax returns (money related to a potential criminal investigation). That does not mean the Clintonâs killed him. Pressure drove him to suicide. Likely scenario here too.
How much does Missouri spend on mental health per capita?
32nd in the country, at $86.75 per person
Just a wee bit better than South Dakota, a wee bit worse than Colorado.
Wow, Republicans knocking off other Republicans.
They donât believe in it.
Paranoia feeding paranoia. Unless, there was some kind of heavy anti-semitic cabal in the Missouri GOP. Trying to figure out how that would be when we hear so much love for the Israeli Right in todayâs GOP. The Missourians canât all be thinking that Jews are all Lefties, can they?
Do I have this right? This is about a whisper campaign started about a GOP candidate, claiming heâs Jewish?
Do I also have this right: Itâs 2015 in the USA and not 1478 Spain? I understand itâs Missouri, but for crying out loud, what the everloving hell?
