I’m so old i can remember when they used to put that money in a plain manila envelope.
I know. But typically bribery charges are difficult to bring because Congress has authorized so much that would turn the stomach of an honorable person. Last I heard the actual quid pro quo was one thing that was actually illegal.
Since Citizens United ruled that corporate money is protected free speech, they are only speaking to the RWNJ politicians in a language they understand. It is not corruption in the legal sense, only in the moral sense.

Both billionaire warriors are paying big money to win. Hell, the Mercer’s have paid over $10,000,000 to put forth Gorsuch on the SCOTUS! I also learned today that Bob Mercer, et al, were the financial machine behind Donald Trump’s campaign…so does this mean they also have ties to the Russians too?
