Will there be calls for his resignation?

Whoever the victim is, she should have held out for four times as much. Blake Farenthold’s ick factor is way, way off the charts.

I swear I posted this pic within the last week to a thread - wondering if he was one of those who had to give a settlement. Not that it was hard to predict, or anything.

So the committee claims they found Ms. Greene’s allegations unsubstantiated but paid out 84K anyway? I highly doubt it.

We do need to know the lawmakers’ names–not the victims’ names.

(edited because I inadvertently attributed the 100k claim to Farenthold, but it was Massa (D-NY). Doesn’t matter if it’s an R or D after a congressperson’s name, though)

Once you see that picture, you can never forget it.

I wonder if Chuck Todd will now hammer Paul Ryan about this? Not to mention Trump.

This is why no one in Washington should get too far over their skies on asking for resignations. Still feels more like the beginning than the end.

Resignation may ultimately be the correct course of action for at least some members, but better to let the whole saga unfold before jumping, in my opinion.

Try as we may, it can not be unseen.

Some enterprising lawyer is going to put up a billboard: If you’ve seen this picture, call me. You have a class action case…

Lucky for Farenthold this broke on the same day as Flynn’s guilty plea.

Farenthold: I am NOT sorry. Its free money and I would like to be a Pedophile.

Dude’s a more repulsive version of Reverend Osborne in “Poldark.” Of course he did.

Neither Farenthold nor Greene’s attorney would confirm or deny they were the parties involved in the $84,000 Office of Compliance settlement, but Greene’s lawyer and Farenthold’s office both shared the joint statement. The statement said the two confirmed they had reached a deal, partially to save taxpayer dollars. Farenthold said the settlement wasn’t indicative of an admission of guilt.

that sounds familiar

You’re going to have to shout…and use very small words. Farenthold is an absolute dimwit.

But the fucker is worth $5.8 million, so don’t anybody feel bad if he never works again.
