Discussion for article #229548
Once a brainless carpetbagging male bimbo, always a brainless carpetbagging male bimboâŚ
And yet there will be far too many people here who vote for this idiot who has only one concern and it isnât NH.
Tweet I saw last night: âIf you are taking a shot every time Scotty says âwith respectâ call 911 now!ââ
rumor has it that, in the event that this does not work out, Brown has been real estate shopping in New Vermont âŚ
he had some other ideas - but just couldnât figure out the date of the next Senatorial election for Nova Scotia.
If the reporter was wrong and apologized why does the headline say he âschooledâ Brown?
It looks more like the reporter âschooledâ Brown the way the Texas Board of Education wants to âschoolâ Americans on evolution.
Yup, and other comments on here lead me to believe people only read headlines.
Iâm no fan of Brown, but this is real silly.
I was wondering the same.
Perhaps âschooledâ means something different to Catherine than to us.
Male Bimbo = Himbo
Even though the reporter apologized afterwards, it does not change the fact that Brown is an opportunistic, bumbling idiot. The more he talks and fear mongers, the more he reminds me of a better looking Louie Gohmert. The guy just wants a cushy job, with little expectations of him, lotâs of paid vacation time, great benefits, lifetime retirement at a level that most average hard working Americans would love to have, and ALL at tax payer expense.
Translation: âLook I donât know anything, and Iâm not going to do anything for New Hampshire, but I like the sound of âSenator Brownâ and anyway, look how handsome I am, and, as a Republican I will vote however they tell me to voteâyou see as a psychopath, I have no conscience. Think how proud you will be to have such a good looking Senator.â
What stuck out to me in this story is that Brown made a statement saying Obamacare was a wet blanket on the New Hampshire economy, and got away with it without being asked to explain exactly how Obamacare was hurting the N.H. economy.
âButâŚbut, I drive a pickup truck!â
"One of the biggest opportunities is tourism, one of the biggest opportunities is our ski areas and trails for snowmobiles. I support those efforts.â
And just who you have in mind that will have to PAY for that, Senator? Or are you a âtakerâ?
Agreed, but it does make this a real dumb article.
THAT should have been the subject of the story, not some silly nonsense about geography where the reporter admitted being wrong anyway.
Dumb articles at TPM.? No way. Canât be!!
This headline is off. Sullivan County is north of Concord. Focus on Scott Brownâs silly Ebola-and-ISIS mania, not on his apparently reasonably solid grasp of NH geography.
I remember a time, long ago, when TPM was not trying to compete with HuffingtonPost to be the new electronic version of Cosmopolitan. At what point did Capitalistic dreams of media empire building infect the original journalistic instincts with entrepreneurial aspirations? TPM has grown up to be something that no longer resembles itâs youth.
