Discussion for article #240317
“about ad spending.”
Indeed. “Report my shit the way I want it reported and avoid any hard or embarrassing questions or you’re getting none of my fucking campaign or PAC money.”
Thus was the “new truth” born…squirming upon the rotting carcass of the 4th Estate like a fresh maggot.
I’ll take that as a “Yes”…
David Vitter… a man of the people…
next he’ll ask that he be called Piyush…
Well, do ya?
The reporter was obviously inexperienced. The proper question to ask is “Senator, when did you stop beating your wife?”
It’s what should be asked any time he mentions family values, or any time he impugns the morality of someone else.
What?
Why?
That’s a question voters should know the answer too.
Diaper Dave does NOT have a sense of humor about his kinks, either in court or the press.
The only correct reply should be while we are OK with our reporter asking actual questions, you should realize he was going easy on you - he could have asked if you still enjoy being diapered.
Ill bet that station puts out some real journalism! Shit they got the game down pat. Cave to authority then tell obvious lies when you get caught at it.
So are the station and the campaign lying outright, or are they relying on some weasel wording like an ad buyer transmitting the threat?
I thought it was “Are you beating your wife anymore?”
To which the politician can respond “No, but I am not beating her any less, either”
I’m betting the news director and the general manager use the same ‘classy’ outcall service…
…Diaper Dave hire prostitutes?? Not these days…His wife does it for him.
A prime example (if true) of why campaigns should be publicly financed and FCC-licensed television and radio stations compelled to give airtime to the parties, who will divide it up as they want, and who will present their candidates in live interviews.
it’s the chinless one diper david Vitter …thank you…lol
yes that’s what we need a news station that worries more about ad revenue than reporting the news…I wonder if they got any tips from cluster faux on this issue??
The reporter should have checked for an Ashley Madison account first.
US Constitution, Amendment I
Congress shall make no law … abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press
However, there’s nothing that says that the press can’t abridge themselves.
