Boy, another day, another story on the directions given to the FBI regarding who they can interview. Dr. Ford and Kavanaugh must not be high enough on the list.
So Dr. Ford does not get interviewed. FBI says it didn’t get clear authority. While House says Senate gets to decided. SHS says weren’t you satisfied with the very public charade the GOP Senators put on? Grassley says Dr. Ford needs to give FBI more evidence.
This is what is known as a Clusterfuckup.

Sanders said. “I can also tell you that both Kavanaugh — judge Kavanaugh and Dr. Ford were questioned in the most public way possible by the members of the Senate who are ultimately the ones who have to make the determination on whether or not they vote for judge Kavanaugh.”

What Kavanaugh displayed for all the world to see in Thursday’s off the rails breakdown was a man unfit to be in any judicial position let alone the 5th Circuit and especially not the SCOTUS. Nothing else matters. He is unfit, unqualified because he showed us with his own words and attitude that he is unfit. Edit to add that I believe what Grassley is demanding is that the Senate Judiciary Committee be given more information from Dr. Ford rather than the FBI. They DONOT want the FBI to interview Ford or Kavanaugh. Too much more would be revealed Grasshopper.
