You’d probably need an investigation (!) to determine whether this guy was committing an ethics violation, obstructing justice, attempting to intimidate witnesses and/or threatening or harassing federal employees in the commission of their duties. If anyone asks him what he said to these people, is there a taker for the bet that he asserts attorney-client privilege?

Sadly(from a competence standpoint), this advice may even be bad for Trump…
I imagine that a lawyer would let one of these staffers know when they don’t have to answer a question B/C executive privilege.
Classic Trump, just because something is expensive he thinks it’s the best… this Lawyer’s billing rate must give Trump all the confidence he needs, regsrdless of actual quality.
