I can’t stop thinking about how he’s dirtying the White House just by being there. I keep hearing this line by Judi Dench in Pride & Prejudice: “Are the halls of Pemberly to be thus polluted??” He and his family have polluted the White House, a place that presidents and their families have worked their whole lives to achieve. It’s strange how much this aspect of the whole mess bothers me, but it does.
