This is very good evidence that the NRA is circling their political wagons and getting their elected ducks in a row. Ridge has been coerced, no doubt, clearly the NRA is now aware their Senate and House stranglehold is slipping. They may be perpetually entrenched in some state legislatures, but their pernicious trail through DC may have finally found an opposition entity courageous enough and wealthy enough and well-connected enough to cut off the head of that snake.
