The funny thing is …these guys are never placed in situations in which they are face to face with other men. Ordinary men…and then tell these men that they would like to lynch them.

Uh, that’s a TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENT. Not that UT students are above it…

This is why, when people say the GOP is aging and dying off, I just don’t buy it.

I agree. But everyone around here seems to be convinced that “louder and bolder” means “totally losing”.

Same way that Walker’s latest victory (whichever one, pick one) is always proof that he’s desperate and moments from his ultimate failure.

Texas is never going to let Oklahoma get ahead in anything.

Poor little victims! He has a point, a black man has to go all the way and become a poll watcher if he wants to gain national attention for “descrimination”.

“That doesn’t mean there are not some times some remarks made by an individual at an isolated event, but something to where people are in a huge group attending—I’m not aware of something of that magnitude,” she said.

Let me paraphrase. Sometimes an individual at an event with somewhat less than a HUGE group in attendance will make racist remarks.

Let’s be clear. Racist remarks belong NOWHERE IN THIS COUNTRY. How hard is that to understand?

When you have a group of people sing and goose stepping to the same tune – it’s probably NOT an isolated incident. #RedRiverRacistRivalry

Those socks are really cute, but you couldn’t actually let a baby wear them. Babies munch on their toes or pull off their socks and suck on them. Those cute sparklies could choke an infant. While the decor might just be swallowed and move though the gut, I wouldn’t like to take the chance they’d cause no harm on the way through. What’s the matter with those OU people?

“If it was black people singing about crackers we would never hear a word about it,” Coulson tweeted, according to the Express-News.

Trust me, Turner, if black people were singing about lynching white people, FOX would be running that on their Chyron from now until the War on Christmas

Parker Rice.
Turner Coulson.

That’s a pair of Fratboys-from-birth-kinda’-names.
Just oozing whiteprivilegetrust-fundy ignorance.

Parker Rice seems to have gotten him an assist from Daddy’s corporate crisis management team–
from the tenor and focus-group-tested wording of his apology.

Snotty little bastards.

I was just about to comment that I hate these guys even before I know they’re racists.

Then they were likely hand-made in Austin.

Yes, and if large numbers of “crackers” had been raped, lynched, and burned alive by mobs of blacks, with the justification being that deserve it because they are “crackers”, then there would be reason to treat his chant as a racist threat. Well, if it had been chanted by blacks instead of by a white southern dude. Duh.

Hey, they got themselves an African American mayor in Selma, Roberts says, that’s all the proof you need that we live in a rainbow society.
