In Abbott’s defense, if the Second Amendment, written by God Almighty, gives you the right to carry a gun, then it only stands to reason that you should be allowed to shoot people with it. Otherwise, why bother?
On the other hand, this business about "fees’ to carry a concealed weapon sure sounds like tyranny to me. I don’t see anything about fees in that Second Amendment, Governor.
