As to keeping the victim awake, no. A high dose pretty much knocks folks out. It’s a narcotic sedative and forms of it can be used to treat insomnia. I watched a few of my friends who liked the rave scene in college play with it and they were usually just zonked out on a couch, totally useless and fair game for my drunken Sharpie adventures.
$10 says this rapist-enabler asshat gets treated with kid gloves and ends up spending less time behind bars than a 15 year old black kid caught with a few grams of chronic.
