These are people who I don’t think we really want on the free market opening their own security/mercenary firms. Or “consulting” for other governments like Eric Prince does in Dubai now.

They won’t necessarily be in charge of guarding people’s lives, maybe IT at DHS or some other no-prestige department where they can reflect how incompetent they are.
