I would say that Scott Walker and Mike Pence are much more similar (ā€œunderstatedā€ in this case is closer to ā€œdenseā€) than are Scott Walker and Time Kaine. But, go for it, Republicans. I suspect Tim Kaine will surprise you with his command of issues.

Hahahaha! Just did a quick google search of Senator Kaineā€™s educational background and he has a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri.
