In order to believe that Russia had âno effect on the electionsâ â you must believe:
Governments donât spend millions on âpropagandaâ.
Advertising does not work, and has no value.
Super bowl ads donât cost millions of dollars.
Bad YELP reviews canât harm a business because theyâre âfreeâ.
âFake Newsâ is nothing to worry about.
Polls donât cost money, and therefore have no value.
There is no such thing as âbiasedâ news of any flavor.
There is no such thing as a âviralâ video, and they have no affect on the people in them.
Your reading, viewing and surfing habits â have no value to Amazon, Facebook or Google.
YOUR private business has no reason or need to be âprivateâ.
Everyone is who they say they are on the internet.
âReputationâ â has no value. It can not be created or destroyed by âword of mouthâ.
This is the list I give folks who say, âIt had no influence on me⌠it did not affect the electionâ
Itâs all fun and wargames until someone loses a country.
âIt is unclear why the payment was made.â
mmmmmmmm, let me think.
I got nothinâ. How âbout you?
Performance bonus for successful outcomes.
You may be on to something.
Thanks, at last someone is beginng to pick the mechanism apart. When will the Mercers be investigated ?
Funny, isnât it, how our âclosest allyâ Israel keeps showing up in all these shady scenarios? And how these operations always originate in and trace back to the Mossadâs âResearch Departmentâ?
Of course, we shouldnât be surprised. Israel has been doing this since (roughly) May 15, 1948 â and weâve been paying them to do it.
Fun Fact: Over the next decade US taxpayers will give Israel $38 billion in âmilitary assistance.â
âAfter the election, Nader reportedly paid Zamel a significant, but undisclosed sum of money. Itâs unclear why the payment was made.â
Mueller. Knows. Everything.
As Iâve said before, if Mueller goes to work for Santa Claus once the investigation is over, weâre ALL fucked.
Oh man. When I first read the headline before my coffee kicked in, I could not figure out what that word âWarga-medâ was. I came back after reading about dancing GOP dunces and realized that the word is war-gamed. Coffee is an amazing drug.
âDo walls work?â Trump said Wednesday. âJust ask Israel about walls. ⌠Just ask Israel.â
âa Department of Homeland Security (DHS) internal report in February [2017] put the cost at $21.6 billion, but that may be a major underestimate.â
I see a golden opportunity for the Art of the Deal.
Yeah, and we were told the Iraq War would cost less than $50 billion and that Iraq would pay for it.
Anyway, what does it matter what the wall costs since Mexico is going to pay for it?
A thousand likes!
Iâm reminded of when I taught Freshman English, and we analyzed ads. Was a symphony with only two parts: âSo what? It doesnât affect me!â And my fave, âHow else are we going to hear about all the new stuff?â
I think thatâs when I gave up on the idea of further human evolution.
NOW you talkinâ
I am thinking about
- Muellerâs access to top flight talent
- Muellerâs access to intel
- Muellerâs access to records
- Muellerâs techniques
And more
With your permission Iâd like to send this to a few folks, attributed or anon as you wish.
Gee, another Trump campaign coincidenceâŚ
O/T TPM needs to report this. Former NSA staff spying on Americans and Arab dissident activists on behalf of the UAE.
Interesting, but really nothing new about this. Before social media took off, major news outlets had comment sections (yes I know, some still do). I remember seeing these comment sections floodedâŚand I do mean floodedâŚduring the 2008 elections with dark whispers and innuendo about Obama, often linked to websites and videos.
This is all a natural continuation of the social-manipulation strategies used by Ailes and Atwater since at least the time of Nixon.
