Here is what they are supposed to do:

H1B visas for Fashion Models (H1B3) require a different form of evidence than the standard H1B visa for those in a specialty occupation. Unlike H1B visas for those in specialty occupations, H1B3 fashion models are not required to have a bachelor’s degree or higher, or it’s equivalent. In order to qualify for an H1B3 visa, the petition must be filed by a U.S. employer or agent. Evidence must be submitted to establish that the H1B3 fashion model will be performing services, events or productions of a distinguished reputation, including:

*Documentary evidence (such as certifications, affidavits, reviews) to establish the beneficiary is a fashion model of distinguished merit and ability. Affidavits submitted by present or former employers or recognized experts must set forth the expertise of the affiant and the manner in which the affiant acquired such information; and*
*Copies of any written contracts between the petitioner and the H1B3 fashion model or, if there is no written agreement, a summary of the terms of the oral agreement under which the beneficiary will be employed*

The preparation necessary to obtain an H1B3 visa for fashion models is similar to the preparation necessary to obtain an O1 visa for persons of extraordinary ability. The major difference is the standard of proof that must be met to qualify for the respective visa categories. For one to qualify for an O-1 visa, the evidence must establish that the person is of extraordinary ability in their field, a very high standard. The evidence presented in an H1B3 fashion model petition must establish that the person is of national or international acclaim. This standard is more readily obtainable if the necessary evidence is collected and presented properly.

I’m not asking the media to tie this man to the BS people spew about him. And there is that. But it would be nice to see little more MSM activity on the real crap.

No, the NYT is busy investigating the serious questions raised about Hillary’s judgment given the sexual indiscretions of the husband of one of her aides (NYT: “Weiner’s Texts Cast a New Shadow Over Clinton Campaign”). They don’t have time for little details like Trump’s illegal practices.

I fear that the MSM malpractice in the United States will be relegated to the “necessities of life” (like “death and taxes”) which have absolutely NO remedy.

There is a remedy (getting off one’s ass and voting responsible officials or at LEAST outvoting old, hateful Baggers so that decent legislation can be enacted so as to further a more accountable Fourth Estate). (a) voting and electing responsible public officials
(b) responsible elected public officials enacting responsible public policy

tRump’s ‘plan’ is intended to push the 11 million further into the shadows and to make them easier to exploit.

As contrasted with the more humane GOP Guest-Worker plan that would grant visas to immigrants so they can legally work in the US and pay taxes but have no path to citizenship or a right to vote. A captive work force that will have no representation in state or federal legislatures because they are not a voting bloc to pander to, no union representation, no lobbyists. Just cheap, documented labor that can come out of the shadows to be openly exploited.
