When you think about the hole that Florida woman dug for herself just because she couldn’t admit that she had lied to her mother about graduating from college, this hole must be visible from … oh, I don’t know … the Twilight Zone?
They better not have used those exact words and asked him if he saw women being “gang raped.” He would say no, and then insist, when the truth comes out, that the sex was consensual and therefore not an instance of rape. He showed very clearly in his testimony to congress that he tries to be clever about whether a complex question has an “or” or an “and” in it (evidently he has mastered truth-functional logic). He will seize on any sophism he can to avoid giving a straight answer.
I am really hoping at the hearing tomorrow, if it happens, that it will Kamala Harris alone who questions him.
Actually, he’s factually correct. He never attended “parties” where women were gang-raped.
They were advertised either as “Young Republican Meetings” or “Bart’s Drunken Orgies”…
