And the GOP accuses Obama of making us the laughing stock of the world.

It is Congress and their refusal to make any common sense gun control that makes people wonder what the hell kind of Country we are. We have more people in prisons than any other country combined and we kill thousands of citizens a year. All for what?

3:40 AM? After the West Indian Day Parade? They say nothing good happens after 2AM. In the case of the West Indian Day Parade, go home when it’s done and knock wood you made it back safe.

There is a j’ouvert or dawn/day celebration which traditionally begins at 3:40 a.m., origins of the parade are in the Caribbean.
