Chris Coons, the D senator from Delaware said, in answer to a reporterā€™s question, that an Ethics inquiry would end with a senatorā€™s resignation. (Coons is vice chair of Ethics Comm.) That would mean Frankenā€™s investigation would simply end with no resolution. That would be rather unfortunate I think.

If heā€™s guilty, sureā€“resign. But if heā€™s innocent, I hope he stays and fights.

Establish a hearing, a way to deal with this fairly. Itā€™s not going to go away. Donā€™t reinforce Republican manipulation and divisiveness. Itā€™s HOW WE LOSE. Give a real voice, help all men own this and change.

They need to start screaming about the Orange Nitwit, then Roy Moore, then the monstrous tax cut, then the reductions in our National Monuments, then everything else the Orange Nitwit and friends have done this entire year, and THEN they can begin looking at Franken.

I just wrote Franken and Schumer and am gearing up to write the women Senators calling for his resignation.

I want to see a process and review of accusations, if not within the Senate then within the Democratic Caucus.

Sure, if he is guilty of actually doing things then let the chips fall where they lay, but as of yet this all looks like BS, and Dems are stupid to go with it.
