Argh at no point did I say it was not-wrong behavior. It’s certainly in the sexual misconduct ballpark because it’s naughty bits. But my point, which I haven’t heard refuted or even addressed yet, is that if as an employer I say X was fired for “sexual misconduct” there’s an immediate mental picture of what that is and it isn’t some crass female jerk thinking dick pics are funny to share. And when people phrase things in a way that makes them sound potentially worse than what really happened I wonder why. With FOX I do more than wonder.

In the end, it’s very hard to say what really goes on here in this situation. Perhaps this is true or perhaps it’s a hit job on her for delicious revenge for O"Reilly, Ailes, etc. I certainly don’t doubt this woman is whack and did such things, but I don’t believe anything out of Fox News Corp so who the hell knows?

I once got a coworker fired for “accidentally” leaving an obscene picture on my desktop. (The kind that’s not legal in many states, not a playboy centerfold type.) The one coworker who was on my side was the only black person in the department, and I doubt that’s a coincidence.
Anyway it’s sexual and it’s misconduct. That is precisely the first kind of thing that comes to my mind.
