I think will come back to bite him at some point, though they were divorced in the early (I think) aughts, and she seemed to be a bit different then. Looked different for sure. But she was Assistant DA in San Francisco back in those days, and apparently a decent one.

Well, with that there was a total contradiction about what happened. Here, I’m thinking FOX is describing bad things in ways possibly deliberately phrased to make them sound worse than worse than they are. Like calling a cold a “respiratory system infection.” That’s not incorrect. But people might imagine they’re sicker than they are if you said that.

Think of it this way: if this was a man showing pictures of his girlfriend’s business end to his coworkers, yes, that would definitely fall into the sexual misconduct bucket. As well as being powerfully jerky, crass, and really, really inappropriate.
Using sexual pictures - of someone they deal with professionally, by the way - to either bond with the willing or to intimidate the unwilling, is sexual misconduct.

Forcing this stuff on fellow workers is just not acceptable.
I’m trying to put things in perspective.
Bill Clinton got impeached over a blow job, a consensual blow job.
I don’t think That was a good choice on his part, but why did the right vilify him over this? And still the Clintons are vilified. It just boggles the mind that the right seems completely unresponsive or worse yet, they excuse behavior that is much worse.

As an alcoholic with more than 30 years sobriety, I can tell you that alcohol made me a real asshole. It seems like power and celebrity have that exact same effect on a lot of people. I wonder if a lot of them have that moment of truth when they realize they have become the person they used to hate.
Then, of course, some people are just groomed for assholehood from birth - legacy assholes.
