Well… if this WaPo opinion piece from 2003 is by the same Mark Judge then it appears he bailed out of AA a few years ago. It is pretty obvious that he never managed to reach out to Dr Ford to seek her forgiveness… Perhaps, now he will see this as an opportunity,

I wondered about the AA angle too… so I googled “Mark Judge forgiveness” and found a WaPo opinion piece that appears to be written by him back in 2003… I am pretty sure it is the same Mark Judge. Does anybody know if his middle name is ‘Gauvreau’? In any event, it sounds like he went through AA and it got him on the wagon… It appears that he had some philosophical differences with the program at the time that he wrote the piece but if he is still sober something must be working.

Republicans NEVER lie under oath because reality is malleable. As long as you make a big enough contribution after confession, Catholics do the same thing. (Hint: Kavanaugh is not going to heaven because (a) St. Peter does not have a sex offenders registry, and (b) like any homeowner, he’s very tetchy about things that affect the local property values. And, kiddies, if you’re not good, you won’t go to heaven either, you’ll be Kavanaugh’s neighbor in the other place. Lots of beer, though.)

If the FBI has managed to snag some of these old issues of his underground newspaper they may be more informative than the now infamous calendars.

Kavenaugh should know better than to try tampering with witnesses, and then lying about it under oath, when one of them is a female partner at Akin Gump.
The problem with being an entitled white guy who lies about what happened while you were at Yale is that a lot of your classmates are going to be in secure positions where they may not be inclined to abet your public douchiness.

So is the FBI being ordered to conduct a whitewash? There are several people who have tried to reach the FBI and have either been rebuffed or are being redirected to a tip line which is a dead end, according to Jane Mayer on Hayes’s show. I don’t get what’s happening.
On the one hand, you have all these ex-FBI contributors on TV saying how easy and thorough they are in conducting these types of background investigations since they do it all the time. And you have the so-called Pissident saying the FBI can has no restraints in going where the information leads them now. On the other hand, we get this crap, where it seems they are not really running an investigation in any real sense, or are slow-walking this whole thing on purpose. Just more games. I continue to think this just more of the same sham. This won’t do. Do these assholes need to be constantly reminded that all of the country is watching every step that’s being taken, and how this investigation is being conducted? Frankly, I still don’t think they’re taking any of this seriously. Its fucking outrageous.
