We will crush you Walden. This âbillâ is absolute BS and YOU KNOW IT. You have decided to align with Trump and call it âwinningâ even though you know this is against ALL your principles and all the crap you whined about for the last 8 years. I donât care that you will throw it to the Senate. You will OWN thisâŚover and over again.
People with pre-existing conditions usually donât have to wait very long before they get sick.
The ignorant cruelties these scumbags seemingly cannot keep their tongues from hissingâŚ
If we had a single-payer system, wouldnât everyone be covered from the outset? Just asking.
I am really glad that I invested in that pitchfork factory stock! From the looks of it, there is going to be a big demand for pitchforks.
Are they stupid, ignorant, or just evil? Or all of the above?
I agree on that. Not only do I not think this issue is going away, itâs going to be even more heightened as the year progresses. I just donât see this as going on the back burner anytime soon.
You know, when you see a headline like this, you donât even have to read the text to know that the rep in question has an ÂŽ after his/her name.
Dickhead.
Yes.
Agreed. Especially, if this thing gets passed, at the end of the year, when people need to renew their coverage and find out they canât get anywhere near the same coverage, even at a much higher price. Thatâs the kind of thing people donât forget.
Liar, liar pants on fire. Also, more than likely this bill will need 60 senate members to pass out of the Senate. Ryan obviously did not tell his members who are voting yes putting their careers on the line for a bill that will never pass out of congress. The Bryd rule will come into effect.
RAyn not only doesnât give a shit about the little guy, he doesnât give a shit about his fellow Goopers.
He only wants a checkmark in the column. Heâs as bad as Drumpfie.
A whole lot of people are going to be sick when this surprise package gets a CBO score.
The thing is, they know very well it will need 60 votes to get out of the Senate. As far as the House is concerned, thatâs a feature, not a bug. They donât want this thing to pass, because they know if it goes into effect they are screwed. They want to make the Dems filibuster it so they can go back to their Districts and say, to people who paid no attention to the actual contents of the bill, that they tried to repeal Obamacare and replace it with âsomething better,â but the terrible Dems prevented them from doing so.
This isnât a health care bill, no matter how itâs dressed. Itâs a wealth transfer bill.
Meanwhile NYC will spend a half million dollars protecting Trump, wife and child just today.
So youâre saying that we donât want people waiting until theyâre sick to get coverage? Youâre saying that what we want is for people to be getting coverage, and paying premiums, while theyâre healthy? Is that what youâre saying? Because if thatâs what we want, maybe we should have a, let me see, Iâm trying to think of the word, itâs something like âmandrake.â A rule. A requirement that everyone get health insurance coverage even if they think theyâre so healthy that they donât need to. Whatâs the word for that again? I forget. But is that what youâre saying we need?
Theyâre gonna be even more sick when that mean THEM, not some vague, anonymous person somewhere else.
But we will still have the names of the Reps who voted âyesâ, so itâs a loss for them no matter how you cut it.
Because the CBO will deliver, those with âsafeâ employer-based insurance will wake up to find out how âsafeâ they now are, and all the rest of the scam will come out.
But weâve got names. And we know where their districts are.
