Wonder how he will be received on the trip with Boehner ? You know he’s going.

Must not be too many Jewish voters in Iowa, eh?

Real men make such requests face 2 face & man 2 man.

Since I’m female, I can’t speak from experience, but I believe real men use real words, even the big ones like ‘to’. He tweets like a prepubescent mall rat.

Idiot.

A good rule of thumb should be, unless issuing a joint statement with a Rabbi, STFU about how Jewish people ought to think, feel, pray or vote.

So, he’s a bigot. No news there.

Unless King’s secret goal is to push as many Jewish people as possible over to the Democratic side of American politics, he’s in for a very rude awakening. Talk about dense.

Better question: How can Christians be Republicans? The GOP represents what can only be described as the antithesis of what Christ taught.

Mental gymnastics.

Sadly not being Jewish, Gay, Black, Female or Homosexual does NOT prohibit the GOP from demanding how Jewish, Gay, Black, Female and/or Homosexual people should act.

From my experience, “real men” walk around with guns tucked into places where, if they go off, they’re no longer “real men” exactly, and tend to enjoy talking about how the “lesser races” are getting “uppity” and how “real women” “speak only when spoken to”, and “stay at home”.

Whereas, I’ve found that most groups like Jews, Blacks, Latinos, women, and LGBT people tend to vote for the Democratic Party because they don’t like getting shot at and demeaned by the “real men” like Steve King.

Let the guns go off on those gun compensating, self-professing “real men”!

So is Steve King unmanly for insulting Jewish Democrats in front of a crowd of friendly supporters with, you know, none of them actually being present?
I’m just wondering how this “man 2 man” stuff works.

Nothing surprising about King’s comments, it’s the way Republicans approach minorities. Black voters? Accuse them of looking for a “handout” and voting for Democrats only because they want “free stuff.” Latinos? Scream at them to “speak English!” and act as if they make no meaningful contributions to America. Women? Tell them that they should be happy being treated as inferior to men and then portray women who use birth control pills for legitimate medical conditions as “sluts.” Homosexuals? Whine at length about how they want “special rights” and suggest that people should have a religious freedom to be dicks to them.

And then, once they’ve managed to thoroughly alienate millions of Americans, declare that the problem is those folks don’t understand just how much Republicans “care” for them.

Republican politicians always represent us well in foreign countries- look how well Mitt Romney got on the the British.

“I don’t understand how Jews in America can be Democrats first and Jewish second and support Israel along the line of just following their President.”

Because they’re Americans, and because they agree with Democrats and the rest of the world community.

Of course, this follows a well-established pattern where Republicans unilaterally sabotage something – in this case the U.S. relationship with Israel – and then try to blame it on Obama. But I think that the vast majority of American Jews are not the suckers that Steve King, Benjamin Netanyahu and other partisan hacks think they are.
