This type of language - in public and something that is hard to take back - is unnecessary. He was married to her and (as I recall) share children. Grayson needs to shut up with this talk.

I just lost a whole lot of respect for Rep. Grayson. Of all the classless, tacky, nasty comments…I hope he is not the representative for whatever part of Pinellas County FL, I end up moving to in a year and a half–I would have a really hard time voting for him now. I mean, I guess I’d do it, but I’d have to pinch my nose really, really hard.

I’ve always thought he was too much of a bomb thrower. Perhaps he has been useful in the past, and he surely isn’t 10% the loon that his counterparts on the right are. Still, this is an excellent example of why he shouldn’t be a Senator…or a politician at all.

Agree! After 24 years of marriage and 5 children he should have manned up and acted the gentleman. We have far too much of this failure of comity in the senate. Jeezsus Keerist…it’s one thing to call the opposition on its BS…quite another to trash your kids’ mom in a public forum.

It’s always amazing to me how women go from “Trophy Wife” to “Gold Digger” in the time it takes to say, “I want a divorce.”
(Just how do you get an annulment after 26 years of marriage and 5 kids?)
