Discussion: Remembering WWI, Macron Warns: 'Nationalism Is A Betrayal Of Patriotism'

It’s sad  that Trump is defiant to the core when he declares he’s a nationalist! Poor sick and puny mushroom :mushroom: kind of guy!

Nationalists are impotent white men and sadly Trump fits so comfortably in that bed!

Sarah, Sarah why not just say it-Trump arrived by himself because no one wanted him on the bus.

Mr. Petulant Crossed Arms was in attendance.

European leaders (other than Putin and a couple of other alt right white nationalist trash like Orban of Hungary) are waking up to the danger of Trump. America started waking up last Tuesday. Let’s all now hope Mueller lends a hand very soon and fully exposes the lawbreaking and treason of Trump and his cadre.

Yeah, I noticed that too. Lately, that seems to be his go to pose. He hugs himself whenever he feels attacked or impotent. Which is most of the time.

Any day now…

An Intelligence Community official who assisted the Special Counsel’s investigation told me this week that Team Mueller is holding “dozens of sealed indictments” of people associated with the president, his 2015-16 campaign, and his administration. “Nobody who’s close to the Russians is getting out of this,” said the IC official.

For the europeans out there, how badly is Trump faux pas of statesmanship playing out?

I imagine he is getting pilloried in the French and UK press…

Last to arrive was the Russian president, Putin, who shook Trump’s hand and flashed him a thumbs-up.

Thereby showing the entire world (cementing the idea) that Rump is really nothing more an evil marionette that he controls at his pleasure. Putin has played this country perfectly. He’s helped turn this country into an international pariah, weakened us significantly by using our own stupidity and viciousness against ourselves.

Just by contrast, every speech or public act by every good leader or decent human being, looks like a stinging rebuke of The Rump, whether intentional or incidental.

Merci, Monsieur Macron!

…for slapping down America’s international embarrassment…we needed that!

Let’s irresponsibly speculate why the hell Trump really couldn’t be in a motorcade with the rest of the bunch. “Security protocols” won’t fly. More peevish posturing? Vanity? England didn’t bring the fancy gold coach?

Il Duce did. He wasn’t scared into it. Trump is terrified and trying to protect himself.

This is starting to smell like a calculated move to snub the Western Alliance…

Next we will be hearing about the Dotard heading to Hungary to lay a wreath at the grave of Admiral Horthy…

Wouldn’t you love to play poker with him.

I’ll take peevish posturing for $200, Alex. He looked so bored/hostile with Macron yesterday.

And they usually get along so well. It seemed like he was finally making a real friend. Oh well. He’s been a little colicky since Tuesday, poor baby.
