The sitting President accused his predecessor of a very specific crime, and went on to say that President Obama was “bad (or sick)!” Unless Trump can prove these allegations 100% (and he should have done so by now, since he was the one who made the charge), he is a liar. If the media does not hold Trump to this standard, they are not doing their job.
Frankly, the only two on that list I’m concerned about are Chaffetz and Nunes. They can singlehandedly shut down House participation in any real investigation into Trump’s claims or his myriad of other crimes.

There is no downside for Trunp. He correctly intuited his supporters unthinking allegience to Their Guy (5th Ave shooting a-ok). He tweets to keep that vein of sustanence wide open as he knows they will never now listen to media or DC-based reporting. The House cares only for The Base (AKA al Queda in a different langauge). The GOP Senate is a slim reed for the fate of the republic.

I know on one hand this is serious douchbaggery being thrown at the former President, but on the other hand I believe this is just another douchbaggery claim that will be followed by more douchbaggery claims in the next four years. Trump is a simpleton with a few crossed wires rattling around in his head. That’s all this ever, obviously, was and is. In any other circumstances his family would be discussing ways to convince him that he might want to find a retirement home and make himself comfortable before things got really bad. We certainly wouldn’t be having a national discussion into whether or not a midnight delusion of his was real or not. See those names on that list? They’re cult followers. Levin or Hannity never had any credibility to begin with outside of the hardcore wingnut base, but if there was ever a reason to never bother acknowledging them or anybody who is actually still a fan of theirs - this should be it. They’re in Alex Jones territory now.
I know this won’t be easy, but my proposal would be to simply ignore all tweets and statements from this so-called “President”. Official actions, like EOs and signing legislation (the latter is unlikely to actually occur) should be paid attention to, of course, but tweets lack any legal standing and there is no reason to give them any.

There is a very good reason why we can’t ignore what little Donnie says. Little Donnie was picked by the imbecile wing of our voters to be the President of the USA, with the ability to put a nuclear bomb, or many of them, on any target he decides to attack. That fact is known all over the world. For that reason every government on Earth pays attention to everything he communicates. Some governments will take preemptive action if he communicates a desire to attack them. That brown stuff we find we are stuck in isn’t chocolate.
