Never mind…

So, make themselves at home, then?

And don’t you know that 1988Strange is blowing a gasket by now not being able to comment and all that? Also no sign of his little puppie dog since the suspension came down.

Is that odd or not?

Kudos to Reid for a wonderful idea!! Perhaps Michelle Fiore can open up the cotton candy concession once she’s out of a job come January.

Do it Mr. President. It will be a parting gift to the Senator from Nevada and to our good fortune for the entire country if that happens.

Ha, I’ve nearly forgotten about the Bundy clan with all this Bern baby Bern business. Now that I think about it for just one moment… by now the reality of long term imprisonment has permeated the dip shits and they have to realize that it must really suck to be them! I wonder if they are still feeling it was worth it all.

National monument on how not to behave dumb-asses! Or, a giant middle finger towards the “ranch”.

Call it the Harry Reid Pro-Cattle Grazing For Americans Memorial.

I’m pretty sure they still think they’ll walk. They’ve never won any awards for being smart or perceptive.

The dream of Bag-O-Dicks Butte National Monument LIVES!

Lets make it a national monument because it should be and not involve the Bonehead Bundys in that.
Then lets immortalize them by naming something like the remaining cow patties after them. Bundy Biscuits maybe.

Build it right next to the Le Petomaine thruway.

I can’t help but tho think that making a monument there is a little bit like making an Osama Bin Laden grave, hyperbolically speaking, of course. It’s might end up being a gathering place for the nutjobs.

Speaking of which, who is taking care of the cattle?

I’d say that Reid is trying to make a point beyond the monument but not sure exactly of what that point is.
Maybe that he doesn’t want the nuts to use his state as their playground.

Supposedly Reid was working on this before the Bundy debacle and the standoff just gave him more of a reason to get it done.

Thanks! Interesting (and REAL) reasons for doing so.

If you checked the Las Vegas Sun article Iinked above, you’d maybe get his point in protecting it. Apparently the Bundy and other cattle weren’t just a “get off my lawn” moment, but a serious concern for a delicate ecology that they were destroying, and a huge, rich fossil bed, among other assets. Those are felt to be far more valuable than a few head of eatin’ cattle, or even the lease money if it were paid. Desert ecologies do tend to be fragile and very slow to recover even if they can; and make pretty poor pasturage too, while the unexplored fossils are irreplaceable once damaged.

Why’d he get suspended?

I was a bit familiar but didn’t know exact details.

Even if it isn’t turned into a national monument, Bundy and the Freeloaders shouldn’t be allowed to decimate such a place.

Thanks for the info.

Do you know how to navigate to his profile page? It’s all there.

I think it was for making a comment that pre-pubescent boys sometimes make. At least the really dumb ones do.

And Donald J Drumpf.
