A narcissistic, infantile, woefully ignorant pile of orange goo makes a self congratulatory speech, filled with inaccuracies and falsehoods. A rerun of an episode of “The Big Bang Theory” I’ve seen six times. I’m going with the latter.

I understand the actual construction was done in a year, but I don’t know if that includes planning time.
Edit: Looks like it was actually 410 days. So close, but no cigar and that’ll teach me to go from memory.
Here’s the problem (at least with me) about that
He’s trying to make the construction process into some type of Herculean/Kryptonian accomplishment, which is dangerous, because building construction is sometimes risky.
I get that presidents embellish and that can be a good thing, but seeing how public trust in him, is teetering in the high 30’s/low 40’s, maybe he shouldn’t be wasting it on these stories.
